A Comcast On Location featuring the 28th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Awards Dinner. The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Awards Dinner, which started in the City of Annapolis, soon outgrew the facilities located in that city. The award’s dinner has grown to become the largest dinner in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, attracting annually more than a thousand patrons throughout the Annapolis-Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
